✨ As an additional quality assurance step, we also share photographs of the completed personalized order with customers via WhatsApp before dispatch.

Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, kindly share:

• Clear photographs of the product
• Images of the outer packaging (if damaged)
• Your order number

Once verified by our team, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in cases where:

• The product received is damaged during transit
• The product is defective or incorrect and a replacement cannot be arranged

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Since all our products are customized and personalized as per customer requirements, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Personalized products with correct customization details
• Change of mind after placing the order
• Incorrect information provided by the customer during ordering
• Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance due to photography, screen settings, or handcrafted production
